Planning Applications, Appeals and Objections
We offer fixed prices packages for every stage of the planning process, from assessing planning viability of an idea and advising on design through to submitting an application, preparing a supporting Planning Statement, negotiating with the Planning Authority and advising what to do if an application is refused.
We can take refusals to Appeal, where we have an excellent success rate, and also handle Third Party Appeals and Objections.

Neighbourhood Plans, Planning Support and Sustainability
Having helped draft local and strategic plans for Local Authorities, and assisted communities produce numerous Neighborhood Plans, we have a great deal of experience, both in gathering an evidence base and in writing planning policy. We have also made numerous submissions on draft plans and have prepared material for legal challenges.
We helped produce the first series of local Sustainability Indicators in the UK, and have extensive knowledge of how to translate the ideals of sustainability into workable schemes that make a real-world difference. We can advise on individual building design or help organisations draft effective policy or guidance. We are professionally qualified to post graduate level, are chartered members of the RTPI and are comprehensively insured.

We can help with general planning application support from initial idea to permission, including design and the creation of Planning and Design Statements. We work closely with architects, advise on technical reports required, handle masterplans for larger schemes, manage teams of consultants and if all else fails take things to Appeal where we are proud to have a whopping 90% success rate.
