Our Team

We are a small consultancy headed by a qualified town-planner operating in both the Republic of Ireland and the UK. We can subcontract in specialists when needed including ecologists, landscape architects and archaeologists, while still retaining overall project management control and a single point of contact for you.

David King

Director

David has a BA Degree with first class honours in Architecture and Archaeology, a post-graduate diploma in town planning and full chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). He has worked in planning and architecture, in both the public and private sectors,  for over 20 years, including time as a historic buildings conservation officer,  a spatial planner and neighbourhood plan link officer. He established PlanningStreet in 2016.

Sarah Hill

Secretary

Sarah is our administrator and secretary. In addition, as a qualified teacher (Bachelor of Education and QTS) and teacher-trainer, she has professional expertise in community engagement, training and education.
